Multiple collections. Database appears scrambled.

I have setup  5 collections.  I have experienced 3 problems.

1.  I will enter new coins in 1 collection and the coin will show up in multiple collections.

2. Sum of all the different coin types don’t add up to the total in the collection.

3.  I closed the app on my Mac and opened it back up and most of the coins in one collection was missing.
