Brian H Posted February 26 Report Share Posted February 26 Hi, I inadvertently installed the upgrade from Stamp Manage 2021 to the 2024 version, and everything seemed ok. However, as OneDrive tried to sync the local files into the cloud it reported that there were 10 image files whose names had incompatible files names. OneDrive was unable to rename them, so I manually renamed the images I could find, but OneDrive never recognized those changes. Consequently, OneDrive is stuck (for two days) unable to sync files. I conjected that the fix might simply be uninstalling and reinstalling SM 2024 - especially since I uninstalled 2021 and lost all the images, which surprised me since the installation file for 2024 is 4GB it suggested it has its own images. Regardless, now I can't uninstall SM 2024 thanks to a missing XML file: irunin.xml Now I'm stuck. I downloaded the 2024 images in the menu of SM 2024, another 4GB file, hoping it will restore the images, but I'd like to uninstall it and start over by installing it on a local disk and pointing my data to OneDrive. I'll try to find the missing xml file but I suspect uninstalling 2021 whacked it. Any help or tips are appreciated. Brian H Posted February 26 Author Report Share Posted February 26 Update: I'm happy to report that reinstalling SM 2024 on a local disk fixed the image issue, and you can close this ticket.
