bill2thakr Posted March 11 Report Share Posted March 11 I tried technical support with 2 different emails, but they haven't responded. I had SM 2023 and had about 2600 stamps identified and recorded, then a week ago I started the 2023 program and only 1 stamp shows for each country whether it is in the collection I added or in the stock database. As there was an upgrade available, I upgraded the software to 2024. Same problem only 1 stamp per country in my personal database or in Stamp manage stock database. I went to the tech support website and found the article about searching my hard drive for the database in a different location which I did, but still only 1 stamp per country. I need to recover both databases. Has anyone else had catastrophic failure of this software by Liberty Street? Was Technical support or this online forum any help? I am very disappointed with Liberty Street's lack of help with this issue. I also collect coins, Clocks, Wrist and pocket watches and pen knives along with needing to do house inventory. However it needs to work or at least get some support when it doesn't. Is there a secret to being able to communicate with Tech support or anyone that could help? admin Posted March 12 Report Share Posted March 12 Hi, can you search your hard drive for a file called HEADERS.WCD. When found delete it. Does that fix the issue? If not, can you post a screenshot showing the screen with "1 stamp per country"...it is usually quite helpful. if not, do you have MICROSOFT ACCESS installed on your computer? If so, can you open the STAMPDATA.MDB file. How many items are listed in the MyCollection table. if you do not have MICROSOFT ACCESS, please ZIP and email us your STAMPDATA.MDB file.
