  1. I seem to have run into an issue. My system drive crashed and I had to replace it. Now prior to this, when I originally installed CoinManage 2020 Deluxe, I moved all of the folders : images, coinimages, data, backup and reports, to a secondary drive and changed their locations within the preferences of the program. So, after the crash all I had to do was reinstall the program, change the locations to where I had them set at. And I restored my most recent backup (prior to the crash). 

    Now here is the issue. preferences has everything pointed to my secondary drive, but, every time I start the program it does a  system import from the folder within My Documents. Why is it doing this and how do I stop it?

      HI, it does an import every time you run? is it possible your data folder is set to the IMPORT folder?

      thanks for the update... it was simply a problem of having to increase the amount of space on our server.

  3. CM2015 Deluxe has been working great since I purchased it in mid March 2016. It just started crashing when I try to add a coin, any coin, to my collection, from any area. Either from the database, or from the sets I am adding it to or from the collections I am adding to. The same thing happens when I click on and open the Coin Properties Window. Once I open the Add a Coin Window or Coin Properties Window, after a few seconds, a crash window will pop up. I did create a variety a few days ago but it has been working fine since I added those varieties on some mint souvenir sets that were not in the database. I reviewed the help topics and found where I should remove the HEADERS.WCD file but that did not fix it. It recreates that file when I go back and check to see if it is still deleted. Which I guess it is supposed to. I also tried reinstalling the program but it is still crashing when trying to add a coin.

      we are trying to figure this one out, it is only happening to a few people and we can't duplicate it.  Can you try simply using the older version by downloading this file:

      https://s3.amazonaws.com/LSSDownloads/CoinManage.exe

      REPLACE the CoinManage.exe in your

      \\PROGRAM FILES (X86)\CoinManage

      folder with this one.

      Ok we looked at those, can you tell me the setting of your Windows Display?  Is it 1024x768?

      Hi, the next time it crashes, can you take the CRASH.DMP and ERRORLOG.TXT files that should be in your DOCUMENTS folder and email them to us.  They will either be in your DOCUMENTS folder or DOCUMENTS\COINMANAGE
