Hi, If I do backup to internet on my desktop and restore from internet on my laptop, will the data file on the laptop be overwritten or appended? Thanks in advance :)

I recently purchased CoinManage USA 2024. I have some 1 oz silver bullion coins that I purchased from JM Bullion. They are NOT US Mint coins. How do I enter them into my collection inventory?

When I'm in the Item Notebook, the Type field defaults to "Expense". It is in a drop down box but the field does not save anything that I change it to. I have to retype my new data for each coin. Is the drop down box supposed to save my entry like other drop down boxes do? Is there a fix so that it can save my entry in the drop down? Thanks.

I am new to CoinManage (Canadian edition). I have entered my Canadian dollars, Fifty cent pieces and Toonies with date and grade. Now I want to print a simple report by canadian denomination then date then grade. I have looked at the 'canned' reports in reporting (to pdf) but nothing works for me. How do I get the report I want?

Using the 'Submit User Changes' function under Tools I get the following error message: Syntax error in date in query expression '[Varieties].[User Photo] >#05.02.2024 20:29:04#'. What do I have to change and where do I find it?

Thanks. I happened to think of the editor after posting my original question and looked at those "company-provided" records. I corrected their mistake.

I agree; this is annoying. It is because the "Denomination Weight" has been entered incorrectly for one of the dollar coins. You can manually correct this in the "Coin Database Editor", but everytime the program updates, you'll need to manually correct again.

How do I add notes for 2021 to the database?

I purchased Coinmanage UK 2021 some years ago. I have never been able to use the bullion values calculator. My first problem was solved and it now updates and show bullion values. Unfortunately they are in dollars. I have emailed many times and you say it will be fixed. Have you corrected the problem now? Will it be a patch or an update from the 'Help' dropdown list? Please reply to this urgently.

I really enjoy the interface too add/grade coins in the software, though I have a couple of questions/concerns… a. What do I do when a specific year of US, Canada, or UK coin/token isn’t Available? b. How do I enter my own coin information- based on the rarity of some of my coins, it’ll take years before the coin exemplars show in the software? it appears editing and creating your own coin info is possible in the windows version. Will there be a similar editor for the macOS as an upgrade soon?

How do I update (or edit), an item already saved in StampManage24, specifically the amount of stamps I "own"?

Just double click on the item and a window will popup, change what you want then click OK.

I'm slogging through my collection of coins (I have hundreds of coins) trying to find my coins one-by-one. Is there a way to quickly and easily find my coins? For example, I have been searching for the coin in the attached photo for 30 minutes with no luck. Since it's a US Mint coin I figure it must be easy but I just don't know what I'm doing. Advice anyone?

Hi, can you search your hard drive for a file called HEADERS.WCD. When found delete it. Does that fix the issue? If not, can you post a screenshot showing the screen with "1 stamp per country"...it is usually quite helpful. if not, do you have MICROSOFT ACCESS installed on your computer? If so, can you open the STAMPDATA.MDB file. How many items are listed in the MyCollection table. if you do not have MICROSOFT ACCESS, please ZIP and email us your STAMPDATA.MDB file.
