Hi, I'm getting an error every time I attempt to back up to the internet. See screen shot. Visible on the bottom line but not on the screenshot is the following line: "ReplyLineQP 550: Foler owner has reached folder limit. Upgrade service." Any ideas. Can save locally with no issues.

Recently installed the latest update for Stamp Manage 2024 only to be met with the "The licence key has already been activated the maximum number of times" pop up (see image). Have tried using your key page with no success (mainly because Stamp Manage 2024 is not on there). The program works great....except when there's an update or an upgrade. EDIT: I have tried completely uninstalling and re-installing and am getting the same issue. Assuming I'll have the same issue on my other install on my home PC.

Thanks for the response. On the off chance it was an installation issue I uninstalled Stamp Manage 2024 and reinstalled and the issue went away. This was strange as the first install i did was the one that ended up having the error. It was working as advertised until I installed the second instance. All good now.

Hi, I've installed Stamp Manage 2024 on two laptops that I regularly use and jump between (work and personal). Stamp Manage 2024 is working fine on the work laptop and am successfully saving to the internet. When I jump to the personal laptop, I can start Stamp Manage with no issues and when I check Help>About Stamp Manage the activation code is showing correctly (See image (code is blanked)). When I try and restore the backup from the internet to the personal laptop i get an error stating that Stamp Manage 2024 is not activated and I should purchase a license or enter the license code (see image). Following the direction on the error (going to tools>licensing etc) is not possible as this selection does not exist. Can I use Stamp Manage this way (eg on two laptops that I am the only user for)?

Getting the "already in use" error after re-installing Stamp Manage Deluxe 2023 following a re-install on a new machine. Used the link to re-trieve my product Key (which I already had) and am still getting the same error. Any advice on how to make the error go away?
