I installed the first disc and activated it, Nothing was said about the Additional images disc so I waited to install it. Now it won't accept my Activation Code. Is there anything I can do? Thanks, Dave Theobald

I'm curious, what is on the second DVD? I was never prompted to use it.

So reinstall the entire program?

I tried update StampManage data file but it tells me that STAMPDATA2017.MDB cannot be found

I removed my StampData.mdb file before installing 2017 Stamp Manage Deluxe and returned it to its place after installation...... Wrong thing to do I presume. Can it be fixed without reinstalling the entire program?

I am now not sure the installation ran properly. When I call up a specific stamp there is a year displayed along with the value. What year should show 2016 or 2017?

Ok, I'm installing on a laptop and the computer was completely locked up, so I removed the battery after unplugging the computer. That shut it down completely and the reboot seemed normal. Stamp Manage 2017 asked for the activation code and all seems to be ok! I still have not seen the video, but it seems I did everything right. Thanks for your help David Theobald For those of us who cannot rely on the internet to download Stamp Manage, It would be very helpful if you would supply the Getting Started Guide in printed form as before. I'd be willing to pay more to receive it.

Ok the installation ran to completion and informed me that I must shutdown to complete the install. The computer won't shut down. Thus far I have not been asked to enter an activation code. Any suggestions?

The video is useless, the speaker is totally overpowered by the music. Can't hear a word being said.

Stamp Manage 2017 arrived yesterday. There are no installation instructions at all and no Getting Started guide on the discs. Can you give me a hint on how to start? David Theobald

Just a thought, you could try ordering the program on disc. That is what I do, because I can never get a clean uninterrupted download on line.

The value for a plate block of USA stamp #740 can not be correct. You have it listed at $155. Scott says $2.50.

I received two notifications that certain files couldn't be updated. The update locked up in a couple places. Neither the retry or cancel buttons worked. I had to close the Stamp Manage program, then things seemed to proceed. I have no idea if I've lost data or not. David Theobald

I ran the update for Stamp Manage Deluxe but now my collection totals and values that formerly appeared under the image box is missing. What did I do wrong? I have values listed under the headings of air mail, special delivery, etc. But when I select general issue, it shows >1500. No stamp numbers, or collection values just >1500. David Theobald

It seems the most recent response was September 18, 2015; so I assume the answer to the above question is no.
