I ran the update for Stamp Manage Deluxe but now my collection totals and values that formerly appeared under the image box is missing. What did I do wrong? I have values listed under the headings of air mail, special delivery, etc. But when I select general issue, it shows >1500. No stamp numbers, or collection values just >1500. David Theobald

I have just backed up my US Singles file to the internet.

I've had my disc for Stamp Manage Deluxe for some time but have not added any stamps issued last year because I had no pages for my album. Well, the pages arrived last week and I began adding stamps to the album and to SMD. I instantly realized that there were no vaues for the stamps. Today I realized that many of the stamps have no pictures and the year ends with Scott 4944. Stamps 4945, 4949a (block of four) and 4951 have no picture, or values or any information at all. This omits quite a few stamps issued in 2014. I guess I'm more than a bit confused. Can you tell me how this type of information will be added later, or have I done something wrong in the install? I am able to "backup Data to Internet" (I actually just completed doing that) but I don't know how to email it to you. Dave

I attempted to install my StampManage Deluxe 2015 update today. When I booted the program I received this message: The changes you requested to the table were not successful because they would create duplicate values in the index, primary key, or relationship. Change the data in the field or fields that contain duplicate data, remove the index, or redefine the index to permit duplicate entries and try again. I have no idea what this means or how to proceed. I guess I do have duplicate entries as I collect both single and coil pairs. But also missing were stamps 1,9,24,63,65,68,69,and 70 which had my photos attached I have no idea what else is missing. Dave Theobald It seems that all my stamps are present but the program is identifying stamps by the ID number rather than the Scott # any way to change this? Thanks

I'm not sure what is going on with your collection. Assuming it is a USA collection, I checked the stamps you mentioned. 1419 is indeed $.25. 885 & 886 are $.30 and $.61 respectively. Dave

It seems like you didn't give them much time to respond.....there was only 24 hours between posts. If your install took 7 hours, you must have downloaded from Amazon. I tried that too, it was a disaster....Now I purchase the disc and install from there. Half hour install time. Much better, and the program works as it should. Dave

I did my want list the hard way, I guess. Went through my albums and added stamps to the want list with the ctrl N. I see my want list stamps showing up in the OWN column in Add Stamp mode. Does this mean that a stamp will be deleted from the want list when I purchase it and add it to my collection? Thanks for your response, I really like the forum! Dave

I tried the download on my initial purchase of the program because they neglected to send me the disc for months! I will NEVER use the download again. It never worked, always locked up my computer….. I don't think the trouble is in our computers….. it was either the software or at Amazon! Dave

I'm a bit confused on this one. Do I proceed with this like adding stamps to a collection or is there a way automatically generate a Want List from my database of current inventory? Thanks, in advance Dave

I have the same issue on my USA collection. I've noticed that if you go to ACTIONS, NEW STAMP,it seems to work , but I liked the CONTROL N much more. For Admin! How will we know when the free update is ready? Thanks David Theobald
