Just installed 2024 HM , happened to purchase a new office chair on weekend, not found on amazon.com or amazon.ca , however was found Barcode lookup on https://www.barcodelookup.com/194696024362 , I agree with the Bill O can we get the option to look on other sites? 

Thanks, I did find the addition of the amazon.ca database a good thing overall.... perhaps you could set it up to search multiple sites? 

Something is definitely not right with this new look up database... I recently purchased a Ninja Foodie with the barcode of 622356559362 upon scanning it the first time it came up as a beach towel........... this is with the amazon selector set to amazon.ca as I live in Canada, I then went to https://www.barcodelookup.com/622356559362 and it found the correct item, I believe this was the database that was used before?? I then tried setting the amazon to amazon.com and it did not return and values... 

@admin how can we get this fixed? Is it possible to also use the barcodelookup.com database in addition to the others? as an option?  I am running the latest version of HM22 and it is up to date

I tried replying on a different PC, yes I am using 2022 with the preferences setting changed to Amazon.ca 

Find it very odd that Apple products not coming up... 

Does the new UPC provider in HM22 have access to Canadian Products such as at Canadian Tire? 

I do have the preferences set to Amazon.ca however such things as my new iphone and apple watch from the Apple store are not showing up yet they do on the barcode.com lookup website...

Any suggestions?

I find that I am not able to find common items in the new database such as Apple items bought from the Apple store in Canada, Is this a know issue?

I have a lot of items from this program I would like to import in to HM 2019 Is there a video showing how to do this? I have all of the items in a CSV file, and want to make sure I do it right.... I also have the original file... Is there anyway to import that which would keep the pictures...?

How about an Ios version that syncs with the desktop? This would be very useful for say taking pictures and syncing back to the correct item or creating a new one. I know it can be done in other ways but it is not smooth, also it would be great to have the items open and sync say as you take a pic of the serial number on your tv. So when you go to load image have the phones camera be the source...
