I have a valid license for StampManage Deluxe 2024 (I just paid for my renewal a couple of days ago); since I installed version 2024 I had multiple problems and just couldn't use the product for more than 2 months. Since those problems apparently solved I had to enter the activation code every time I started the product (this was never solved although I sent the activation code to Liberty Street support as directed ..... but never got an answer back .... and I kept re-entering and re-entering the activation code !!!) ... but now I get the message: 

    And there is no way out of this ..... Can anyone HELP ????

    Hi Anyone who is following this topic,

    This problem has been finally solved following one hint from Liberty .... the problem was related to WMI (Windows Management Instrumentation) on my PC. As a matter of fact I realized that 3 WMI classes (Win32_Processor, Win32_WMISetting and Win32_OperatingSystem) were faulty and failed to initialize. Once I managed to correct this issue (with the help of several internet posts ... re-compiling .mof files and re-registering required dlls) the activation of StampManage 2024 went on smoothly.

    My Conclusion: The new licensing SW being used in StampManage2024 uses a set of Windows provided services via WMI, which were not used by the previous license control mechanisms (this is of course true ... unless ... my WMI classes got disrupted in-between activations.

    Now ... related to the previous 2023 version ... if it is not gone ho can I access it ? In fact the icon still remains on the desktop along with the 2024 one .... BUT ..... as I followed the instructions on the update notice I received from Liberty, I installed version 2024 to THE SAME directory as the previous version (as I ALWAYS did in the previous updates since the 2021 one !!!) the exe file associated to both icons is the same: "C:\Program Files (x86)\StampManage 2020\StampManage.exe" ..... so it actually launches version 2024 ..... Is there a way around it ????

  5. Hi, Thanks for coming back to me; as far as I can tell, there is nothing unusual about my computer it is the very same machine where I've been running StampManage on since 2020 without any problems, below you can find the System info I've emailed TechSupport@libertystreet.com.

From my experience, the action Monika is referring re-sizes the windows and increases or decreases the number of rows that you can see on the main display window  .... but .... it has no action on the font sizes within the stamp rows themselves which is, from my understanding, what Scott was asking about.  

  7. I am trying to use the Add Stamp Wizard to add stamps to my collection when I reach the last panel after having filled all panels I get the following screen:

    The entry is still created in the StampManage Catalog but the Image is lost and no information appears in the Value Table although one has been entered .... moreover the Stamp IS NOT added to the collection.

    Any Help ??
