  1. Please look at your SM 2023 Deluxe download file. I've downloaded SM Deluxe twice and it does a partial install, with the following error message: C:\Users\xxxx\Documents\StampManage\IMPORT\Stampdata.mdb. A Decompression error has occurred (#7) File CRC Mismatch - Data integrity error Abort Retry Ignore If I click ignore it will finish install, but Update Data errors. Fully patch Windows 10 Dell Laptop Ken
  2. Admin, So, I upgraded from the 2022 US version of Coin Manage to the 2023 Deluxe version, I noticed the following: 1. There were no new 2022 American Silver Eagles added. Only two in the DB and one is a duplicate. 2. The Subvarieties button still doesn’t apply to ADD a coin. 3. On my computer the V75 ASE still is write protected, can’t modify the coin. No error message- grays out when changed. 4. The V75 ASE is only found the Coin Manage Database, not when you click the add button Can you assist/advise on any of these? Ken PS. By the way my earliest backup is 2012, so I’ve been using your product for a while
  3. Thanks for the prompt reply. 1. Sorry I miss spoke; I have version 2022 USA. 2. Can't show you a picture because I have only a 7.7 kb file size, BUT I added the coin from CoinManage DB that I've done numerous times, when I try to make ANY change to that only coin the OK button at the bottom of the screen instantly gray's out. 3. ALL other coins perform normally. Thanks, Ken
  4. Version : SM 2020 Added the 2020-W silver eagle v75 Privy, but is "write protected" can't make any changes. Was add via the CoinManage Database (couldn't fine under normal add button. All other coins function normally. Updated the "Data File", no change. Any thought? Ken
  5. Please, Please, Please fix the "Do not show Subvarities when one adds coins. For example, Add a 2014 Kennedy Half Dollar to your collection; there are 69 varities of coins.... only 6 have a mintages and the Red Book show 9. Same applies to the Silver Eagle. Thanks in advance Ken
  6. Would you consider adding a Format called “Last Day of Operation". Seems to me at some point they could be valuable....... The CZ post office ceased operation September 30, 1997. Anyway... it's the opposite of FDC or start operations ... Anyway, for your consideration Ken
  7. Would you please consider adding the following CZ items: 1. Postcard, UX19, 8cent, 1974, Ship in the Locks. 2. Stationay, Envelope, U22, 13cent Gaillard Cut (61/2" x 4") and (91/2"x4") 3. Stationary, Envelope, U23, 1978, 13+2Cent Gaillard Cut (61/2" x 4") and (91/2"x4")
  8. There is no "Sheet" selection for any of the stamps except for 1569 a single stamp, which cant be a sheet because there are two stamp to a set. Please add a sheet to one of them. Ken
  9. Would you please add the following stamps, Data comes from the great site "Colnect.com". 1. German Occupation of Poland. Nicholas Copernicus Scott: PL NB27 (Single Stamp) Scott: PL NB27b (10 stamp) Souvioner set with border(ebay has one) Issue date:1943-05-23 2. German Realm (WW2) Series: Officials of the Party Eagle on a base (with swastika) Scott:DE S1 (1p), S2 (3p), S3 (4p), S4 (5p), S5(6p), S6 (8p),.... through S22 (40p)
  10. Absolutly, it stated 10 changes with 8 stamps, Most all were of Halley's Comet from the South Pacific
  11. StampManage Team, I hope you received several stamp pictures missing from the database, using the upload button, they are stamp depicting Halley’s Comet: 1. Palau, General Issue, #98a, Fictitious local sightings of Halley's Comet · Palauan Keab (95) · Scharnhorst(97) · USS Vincennes(96) · Cruise Ship(98) 2. Marshall Island, General Issue, #90a, Sheet. Space exploration and return of Halley's Comet
  12. I'm not sure adding a field addresses the problem -- I perceive. Over time the "plate number" change, from a true printed number to a number used to align the printers and then changes two more times (1981) to "111111" to a sole number....3. Are the 111111 a plate number? is the number 2 or 3 a plate number? My request is to have a coin expert review whole sheets/plate blocks and make a recommendation as they change over time. I am a beginner who inherited a "plate block" collection, so my opinion isn’t very valuable, but entering them in Stamp Manage gets clunky as the years change. In my opnion the later numbers are not a plate number as in the early years --- maybe alignment marks.... Thanks for listening. Ken
  13. The post office seemed go out of control with plate numbers and other simbols. How do you manage 6 plate numbers and Zippy and Mail early in the Day in StampManage By my collection plate numbers were going fine until 1961 when Scott #1190 received two numbers.... So does a Plate Block of 4 stamp become a block of 6 stamps? And then what happens when the entire edge has 4-5-6 plate numbers with Zippy and other writing? Then how does StampManage handle a Plate Block of 5 or 6 stamps.... Zippy??? Please help, there must be a coin collecting school solution Ken A Paul video could help, I cant be the onlyone with this problem.
  14. I wish CoinManage would downplay the “First Strike” or “First Release” Designations. The Mint makes it clear they don't track coins like that. I guess all modern coins go in a pile and are issued as requests come in. I understand there is some sales value, "within 30 days", but overall, not accurate might be misleading. If individuals want to add that designation ok, but not CM "First Strike" or "First Release" Designations | U.S. Mint (usmint.gov) Ken
  15. Would you please explain what happens when you select "Submit Changes to Liberty Street Software"? In both Stamp/Coin manage. For example: 1. What is uploaded; 2. What does Liberty Street do with the data; 3. if clicked it still seems to submit the same entries again. Could the entries be reviewed? Applies to both Stamp/Coin Manage. (that's all I have) Thanks again. Ken
