Backup Database option not found on File menu

I currently have the 2020 version of the Coin Manage Software. I purchased the 2023 version. The first step says to backup database, but I do not have that as an option. Why doesn't it show up? How do I do a backup so I can proceed to upgrade to the latest version of the software?
