  1. Support replied via email and I was able to run the program.
  2. I upgraded to SM2024 late last year and it has been working fine until last week when I get: I looked for my code in my email, but can't seem to find it. I emailed support last week and have not heard back. I tried to retrieve the code in the Support site, but the links go only to SM2023. Can anyone assist me with retrieving my code? Thanks, Rick
  3. I just saw the reply to cliff's post on 12/4 and my question was answered.
  4. I just upgraded from SM 2022 to SM 2024. After the upgrade was completed, I noticed SM 2022 is still installed on my computer. I have plenty of hard drive space; however, I don't want to have an older version installed. Can I uninstall SM 2022 without losing any data for SM 2024? Thanks!
