Just to update/close this thread, I got a reply with a valid license code, took a couple of days, all good now.

Is there a solution here?
I purchased the product yesterday, on 31.01.24, and I'm experiencing the same issue.
I can't activate the software with the provided code.
I receive the same error message (see image) as "HeB" posted on 11.01.24.
