After the 7 day trail my key will not work and can't open program. I have sent email with a receipt on purchase. Really like the software but it seems they like my money more than solving problems. Was hoping they would at least leave me a message saying they are working on problem. Oh well screw me once your fault screw second time my fault. At this time I would not recommend this software not for the product but for the staff on solving problems,

I received email with key and key will not work. I waited for USB in mail and after I received it say same thing, key not found for activation. I have entered data and hoping my data stays since I did all this on trial version and hoping data stays till I get software working. From reading here says i need a new key.. I sent email with the email i received showing payment. Have not seen any email returned and i has been almost a week. Amy help would be nice. Thank you for any help.

I am having same problem on activation code saying key noy found. I have tried after installing from web and also today after receiving g USB stick, I sent an email to support with my email with activation code and payment. Any help would be nice for I am afraid after 7 days all my data will be lost that i have entered in.
