My question is do I have to deactivate my license before install the program again and then enter the key again? admin Posted April 15, 2015 Report Share Posted April 15, 2015 Hi, to deactivate the program on a machine select TOOLS > LICENSING > DEACTIVATE license from the main menu.Yes you should deactivate before putting in the new hard-drive.StampManage will work on Windows 7 64 bit.We have another week or so and will then roll out the next round of free updates.
