Whole Toolbar frozen, nothing works - Solution

Have had a couple customers with the problem below. The solution was confirmed to solve the problem. I think this may happen when a display resolution is changed or maybe an operating system upgrade, corruption of the Windows registry, not sure exactly...


On StampManage the whole tool bar is now not working, so I'm unable to add, delete or do anything for my collection.

Since downloading the program I have added about 2000 odd stamps to my own collection and now the program has just frozen, it allows me to look up stamps but cannot do anything and I'm getting very frustrated.


Hi, are you able to select TOOLS > RESET ADD STAMP DIALOG SETTINGS from the main menu?

If so, please do that, then immediately EXIT the program – FILE > EXIT from the main

Then restart the software and let me know if the problem continues
