galletta Posted February 17, 2016 Report Share Posted February 17, 2016 my wife and i have a huge collection of south africa and provinces, portugal and colonies and lots of other smaller collections and we are trying to evaluate our collection. we must have done something wrong because when we look at some of the countries, we cannot find many stamps. there seems to be a lot of missing stamps and information. we do not have catalogs and the promotions say this is a digital catalog. did we get a bad copy by downloading or is it just the trial that is missing some information? also noticed a lot of pictures are missing and most are very fuzzy. lots of pictures are in wrong country especially zimbabwe and hungary. hope we did not do this wrong do not want to spend hours entering all the information. we thought it should be in there already. plus buying catalogs is quite costly here in Gauteng. should we just do the download thing again. took several hours to download. don't want to do that again admin 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

We are adding several thousand new varieties + images each month. Sorry if you thought the program contained complete up-to-date listings for every country in the world.. it does not.have complete listings for South Africa as you can see in the trial version.
