admin Posted November 9, 2016 Report Share Posted November 9, 2016 Had a user who could not generate a PREVIEW of a report. When he selected PREVIEW from the report output options window nothing would happen. The problem was he did not have the permissions to run the EXE application that is used to present the Preview file to the user. The solution is to run the program as an administrator. Right mouse click on the StampManage icon and select MORE > RUN AS ADMIN from the popup menu. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
