Accidently deleted the deleted items. What's the easiest way to get them back?

Please let me know how I can restore the deleted items.  I do have backup files but don't know hot to access just deleted items

Hi, so you emptied the deleted items folder?  That will remove the records from the database permanently.  

In your backup, were the items already in the deleted items folder?  you would need to basically open the backup database file using MS ACCESS and copy / paste the records wrongfully deleted into your current ASSETS.MDB - into the ASSETS folder.

Yes , the were in the deleted items folder.  How would I find them from a backup and copy them over.  I am computer literate.  

I also have Access and am very much a novice using it.
