I select check for updates from the help menu, then click next to start, it starts process then very quickly displays the box stating update complete and that stamp manage 2021 is up to date. Scooter Posted May 6, 2022 Report Share Posted May 6, 2022 I just recently updated to the 2022 version. However, I cannot access any of my previous collection. I have no idea why this is occurring. Admittedly, it has probably been a year or two since I used the program, but previously, it always worked instantly each time I called up the program. admin Posted May 6, 2022 Report Share Posted May 6, 2022 can you search your hard drive for a file called STAMPDATA.MDB Do you see it in multiple folders? If so, does the time/date of one of the files seem to correspond to the older version. If it does, you can run the program and change the data folder (TOOLS > PREFERENCES from main menu).. to the older file folder. Then EXIT and run the program again.
