admin Posted August 5, 2022 Report Share Posted August 5, 2022 Hi, is this regarding a coin manage deluxe order from today? if so, are you entering the code manually by typing? if so, try copy & paste as shown in this video: https://youtu.be/xgxe2bN_gMQ if that's not the problem did you download the demo before purchase? if so, you may have downloaded the coin manage use demo then purchased the DELUXE version. this requires you download and install the DELUXE version from the Link in your order email.
