admin Posted August 7, 2023 Report Share Posted August 7, 2023 We just had another customer with that issue. The problem was he had the data file in a folder under the PROGRAM FILES(X86) folder. Newer versions of MS Windows don't allow that and make the folder read only. The solution was to move the data file ASSETS.MDB to a folder within MY DOCUMENTS such as MY DOCUMENTS\HOMEMANAGE\DATA Then change the data folder to the new folder. if you need assistance you can have someone here to remote to your computer.
