Thomas Sanitate Posted August 15, 2023 Report Share Posted August 15, 2023 I uploaded to 2023 version and when I try to attach a file the program crashes. I tried attaching it in the way the instructional video demonstrated but every time it crashes. I see the file when I call up "go to the attachment folder" so I know its there. The only way I can attach a file is by giving the direct path, ex.(file://database/Datafiles/HomeManage/AssetAttachments/test1.pdf). admin Posted August 16, 2023 Report Share Posted August 16, 2023 Hi, have you downloaded the latest update? Select HELP > CHECK FOR UPDATES. Thomas Sanitate Posted August 18, 2023 Author Report Share Posted August 18, 2023 That did the trick!!! Once I updated, the crashing stopped. All my data and attachments were on my network drive and it was a little fussy until I mapped the drive letter. I was attaching the file by the attachment tab. Everything is working fine now.
