Ron C Posted September 9, 2023 Report Share Posted September 9, 2023 I originally bought the 2022 USA version. In May I was billed and paid for 1 year extended support ($19.95). I think that gives me the right to download and upgrade to the 2023 USA version. However when I download the 2023 USA version I do not get any activation code for the 2023 version. I tried entering the 2022 activation code but that didn't work. When we release a new upgrade we send emails to all customers on a suscription but on average around 50% of them show as unopened. Can you email sales@libertystreet.com and we will set you up.
