SO i bought the software and installed the main program, activated it online. Then Proceeded to download the additional image files 1 & 2.  upon downloading them I installed each one however I still have the original stamp data that came with the stampship download.  how do I load the additional countries into the stamp database.

Hi, the additional image downloads are only image files, not text data.  They include images for many countries.The STAMPDATA.MDB file which contains all the text data is installed during the install of the main program itself.

that is the USA version.  So you are using the DELUXE now?  You should install the DELUXE version making sure the data folder is set to the same path as the USA version.

If you have already done that, try selecting:

FILE -> UPDATE DATA FILE

from the main menu, then EXIT and restart the program.
