Guest Mike Posted November 2, 2023 Report Share Posted November 2, 2023 I purchased a new computer. I reinstalled the software on the new computer. Foe some reason, only certain countries will display images. I look at the folder with each countries stock images and they all seem to be there. The software ids pointing to the correct folder but for most countries I just get "Image not Available" for each stamp in that country. Just as an example, the United States, Canada, Ethiopia, Liberia all display fine. But Italy, Ireland, Brazil, France won't display any images. I uninstalled the software and started all over again but I get the same results. After 5 hours of this, I need some help. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
admin Posted November 2, 2023 Report Share Posted November 2, 2023 It looks like you haven't installe the additional images. Due to size limitations, the download version of StampManage Deluxe requires download and installing 3 large files. Under the HELP menu, you should see the options to: Download Additional Images Download Additional Images 2 select the first menu item, which will download a file.
