Rick TX Posted April 10 Report Share Posted April 10 I upgraded to SM2024 late last year and it has been working fine until last week when I get: I looked for my code in my email, but can't seem to find it. I emailed support last week and have not heard back. I tried to retrieve the code in the Support site, but the links go only to SM2023. Can anyone assist me with retrieving my code?
