Do you have MICROSOFT ACCESS installed on your computer? If so, you can open the COINDESC.MDB file and then select the REPAIR /COMPRESS button.   That may help the situation.

If you don't have MS ACCESS you can ZIP the COINDESC.MDB file and send it to us

Mike824 got a reaction from admin in Database Management/Reindexing
As my database grows larger and larger(currently almost 4,000 coins) the database crashes more and more often during routine data input.  It also crashes almost always when I modify an older record, add a photo, or sell a coin.  In other software applications where a database is used and the preceding occurs, a reindexing of the database has corrected the crashing.  Is there a way to reindex?  I'm searching for answers right now because the coin manage software has become increasingly unstable and I've got countless hours entering my collection.

Mike824 got a reaction from admin in cannot move coin to sold folder
    Hello Admin,
I have the exact opposite issue that D-Train had.  I have a coin that I marked sold and was moved to the Sold Collection.  I've unchecked the Sold Date check box in the coin's properties, but it won't save.  How can I move this coin back to My Collection?
    Thanks,
    Mike

I get that there is a PRICE for the set.  Does the software update the Value of the coins in the Mint set?

Where do I see the current value of the Mint Sets?  All I see is the Purchase Price.  The Current Value seems to reflect the Purchase Price and not the Market Price for the sets.  I can of course change the value manually, but that's a bit time consuming.  Is there an easier way?
