Bar code lookup not working

Just purchased and installed CoinManage, want to use barcode lookup, but even when I type in the PCGS barcode it does not bring up the correct coin, defaults to Morgans when the  coin is an Indian nickel.  How do I fix this?

can you give an example of exactly what you type into the PCGS barcode lookup search box?  a search string that does not bring up the correct coin?

Sure, I tried two versions: 85238.67/60020624 and then without the period and forward slash.  the iPhone to PC scanner places a 0 (zero) in front, the add coin screen reverts to the last coin I manually entered.  The code is for a 1963 dime PR68CAM.

I did the exact same thing, and tried all combinations and nothing works.  Another area that is broken in the 2020 version.

Hi, we are looking at these problems now and will update the program if we can reproduce.  Sorry for the delays.

the iphone to pc program is not ours.  Not sure if there is a way to get rid of the leading zero.  That may be happening as they are expecting a UPC barcode.
