koplowitz Posted February 24, 2022 Report Share Posted February 24, 2022 I am following the following guidance to transfer license to a new PC but you dont have a link for Home Manage 2022. please advise. thanks - I purchased a new machine (or my computer crashed) and need to download HomeManage again. - I get a "Code In Use" error when trying to activate HomeManage. - I misplaced (or hav'ent received) my code and need to have it sent to me. We have a new Code Retrieval Page. Enter your email there and you can have the download link and code sent to you. admin Posted February 24, 2022 Report Share Posted February 24, 2022 Hi, that text on the code retrieval page is incorrect. We will fix it. are you still able to use the old computer? If so, select TOOLS > LICENSING > DEACTIVATE LICENSE on the old computer. this will free up the code for use on a new computer. If you no longer have access to the old computer. Guest Sebastian Posted October 29, 2022 Report Share Posted October 29, 2022 Hello, I have the exactly same issue, I can't reset my key using the webpage (the text on the webpage has not yet been updated), also I have sent an email to sales@libertystreet.com about two weeks ago and I haven't received yet any feedback. Would anyone here be able to reset my key for HomeManage 2022? I don't have any more access to the old Windows installation (as it crashed).
