koplowitz Posted February 24 Report Share Posted February 24 I am following the following guidance to transfer license to a new PC but you dont have a link for Home Manage 2022. please advise. thanks - I purchased a new machine (or my computer crashed) and need to download HomeManage again. - I get a "Code In Use" error when trying to activate HomeManage. - I misplaced (or hav'ent received) my code and need to have it sent to me. We have a new Code Retrieval Page. Enter your email there and you can have the download link and code sent to you. admin Posted February 24 Report Share Posted February 24 Hi, that text on the code retrieval page is incorrect. We will fix it. are you still able to use the old computer? If so, select TOOLS > LICENSING > DEACTIVATE LICENSE on the old computer. this will free up the code for use on a new computer. If you no longer have access to the old computer.
