Georg.E Posted January 11 Report Share Posted January 11 Hi, I've installed Stamp Manage 2024 on two laptops that I regularly use and jump between (work and personal). Stamp Manage 2024 is working fine on the work laptop and am successfully saving to the internet. When I jump to the personal laptop, I can start Stamp Manage with no issues and when I check Help>About Stamp Manage the activation code is showing correctly (See image (code is blanked)). When I try and restore the backup from the internet to the personal laptop i get an error stating that Stamp Manage 2024 is not activated and I should purchase a license or enter the license code (see image). Following the direction on the error (going to tools>licensing etc) is not possible as this selection does not exist. Can I use Stamp Manage this way (eg on two laptops that I am the only user for)? admin 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
admin Posted January 12 Report Share Posted January 12 Hi, have you activated StampManage 2024 on both computers using the same activation code? If so, there were no errors when you activated on the 2 computers? We are going to check our code to make sure there is no issue with the new licensing system. On the off chance it was an installation issue I uninstalled Stamp Manage 2024 and reinstalled and the issue went away. This was strange as the first install i did was the one that ended up having the error. It was working as advertised until I installed the second instance. All good now.
