Tech Support Email Returning Error

The technical support email, techsupport@libertystreet.com, returns the following error message.

So how do I get assistance with my issue?  Trying to transfer Home Manage to a new laptop, receiving error message that the code is no good, “License with the provide License_key not found".  Help would be appreciated.
