I think the problem is that your files/folders are not in sync with your "preferences". Find the "Preference" button in the CoinManage (shown with the red arrow below.) Then make sure the various "Directories" are linked to the correct folders.

I currently have Stamp Manage 2023 (United States only) installed on my Windows 2010 OS PC. The software was purchased on October 9, 2023. For stamps issued before 12-31-2019, prices for the various conditions of stamps would appear in the “Add Stamps” dialog box immediately below the “Value” box. For example, I used to be able to click on either Mint-VF $.70 or Used-VF $.05 and the value would appear in the Value box. Starting with US stamps issued after 1-1-2020, no pricing options appear. In the year for which to use pricing information, it shows 2023. Clicking the drop-down box shows only the year 2023 as an option. In the Preferences section, only the year 2023 is an option for “Automatically insert values from:” – the drop down box includes only 2023, no other year options. Do I need to do upgrade to StampManage 2024 version of the software to have prices reflected for stamps issued after 1-1-2020?

Hi, we did a video on this awhile back (see below). In some cases, it is better to simply email us at: info@libertystreet.com with info on 1-2 missing notes. We will add them in an update. Reason being, if you add a variety to the database..and we later add it to the database. There will be duplication and that can be confusing.

How do I add notes for 2021 to the database?

I got the error as mentioned, I replied YES and selected the COINDESC.MDB file in the \Data folder, but now the photos I had attached to my coins no longer appear. The image window shows "No images are available for this item.". I can see the Coin#(#).jpg files in the \CoinImages folder. How can this be fixed? Why did it happen?

Hi, we are working on adding a CoinManage database editor for the Mac version. You will also see a 3rd "pane" on the main window with coin details similar to the Windows version. It's time consuming to add features to the Mac version, but we hope to have it ready in the next month or 2.

I purchased Coinmanage UK 2021 some years ago. I have never been able to use the bullion values calculator. My first problem was solved and it now updates and show bullion values. Unfortunately they are in dollars. I have emailed many times and you say it will be fixed. Have you corrected the problem now? Will it be a patch or an update from the 'Help' dropdown list? Please reply to this urgently.

Just double click on the item and a window will popup, change what you want then click OK.

I really enjoy the interface too add/grade coins in the software, though I have a couple of questions/concerns… a. What do I do when a specific year of US, Canada, or UK coin/token isn’t Available? b. How do I enter my own coin information- based on the rarity of some of my coins, it’ll take years before the coin exemplars show in the software? it appears editing and creating your own coin info is possible in the windows version. Will there be a similar editor for the macOS as an upgrade soon?

How do I update (or edit), an item already saved in StampManage24, specifically the amount of stamps I "own"?

Georg.E this is not intended for you but for the Admin Team that helped you, I hope they can do for me what they did for you as this shouldn't happen! I'm having the exact same issue and no one at Liberty Street has responded for nearly 3 weeks to my emails asking for help. I am going back into the hospital for a quadruple bi-pass on 4/15/2024 and if everything goes OK I would expect to be back to my stamps in a few weeks. It would be really nice if I could get my Stamp Manage Deluxe up and running again by a simple reset at the Liberty Street end. Thanks
