Hi, we have had several customers ask if they can add NGC coins by scanning the barcode on the NGC slab.  We took a look at this a couple years ago.  Unlike PCGS, the NGC barcodes did not appear to contain the NGC number which we could use to look up the variety info.

On the Additional Info tab when you enter a coin, you can choose the coin grading company and use the Certification # field to enter the cert number.

Yes, I realize it is an issue.  Unfortunately fixing it means making many program changes to detect the user screen size and scale accordingly.  We will be doing these changes in the coming months.

I'm able to get it to back up with no issues. It does seem to take a while but eventually backs up.

I believe I may have found a bug in CoinManage 2020.
When I use the new Customize feature on the Toolbar, I check the box to use the Text Labels for the standard menu.  Works great....
However, when I close the app then start it up again, the non-text label menu is shown. To re-enable, I have to back into the menu and add it again.
Can anyone else confirm this is a bug (or IIJM)?

We are trying to finish up the feature that allows the mac app to store images for each record.  Just need to finish the synchronization to iCloud & back.  The images will be compatible with Windows.  We will work on the conversion program soon, hard to give an exact date sorry

From the Support Page: - I purchased a new machine (or my computer crashed) and need to download CoinManage again.
- I get a "Code In Use" error when trying to activate CoinManage.
- I misplaced (or have'nt received) my code and need to have it sent to me. We have a new Code Retrieval Page.  Enter your email there and you can have the download link and code sent to you.  The code will also be deactivated so that you will not receive the "Code In Use" error.

Thanks.  Completed the 2020 CM install as directed by "admin" and all in well.  No issues at all with the new program and the data import. The deletion of the 2018 program went well and I selectively deleted quite a bit of the "back-up" data files.  Again, thanks for the support.

The error is caused when the installer is looking for particular DLL. What version of Windows are you attempting to install the app on? It could be that if you are not using at least Windows 7 that this could cause the issue. 

Hi, not yet.  We need to write a conversion program.  We are working on adding imaging capabilities to the Mac version first and hope to have that done in the coming weeks.
