I just installed an update to StanpManage 2021 and there are no new US stamps past 5608a and no pics past 5583 do i need to update to 2023 to get new stamps?

I have added approximately 100 mint sets to my collection. When I run any of the reports, it shows no values for them. Did I do something wrong when entering them? Is there a glich to the software? All of the individual coins entered shows a value on all the reports. I'm a bit baffled why it's not showing. Thank you in advance for any help.

I failed to uninstall my 2020 version of software when upgrading to 2022. now both versions show up in side bar. how can I correct properly? Can I just delete 2020?

I am upgrading from SM USA 2022 to SM USA 2023. I get the attached message during the initial part of the install.
Does this message refer to the Program Files or the Data & Image files?
 

It is referring to all of the files and images.   I always default to the selection in the setup program.   Have not had any problems in all the years I have been using the program.

we have some people asking for an iphone/ipad version.  We are currently working on a CoinManage ipad/iphone version.  After it is released we will take a look at what would be involved with a StampManage for ios.  At this point.. it is Hard to give any answer more definitive than that sorry to say.

After I installed 2022 upgrade. I go to setup, automatically insert values, it only shows 2017 for pricing and not 2022.
How do I get the new pricing?

Installed 2022. if I click on action-properities a popup states Microsoft Jet Database cannot find input table or Query 'CMVal-2011.
If I try to install a bill it only shows 2016 and 2011 for pricing.

I haven't used Home Manage for a while (at least 6+ months). 
Click HM in taskbar and open it. I exit the program. Shortly after open it again. This time, I get "Activate Purchased License Code" screen. I click the Activate button I get "Activation Successful" screen. I click Finish and program closes I try reopening the program. Activate Purchase screen opens and I'm in a Step 2 and 3 loop. Oddly, when I try again next morning it program opens normally again (Step 1). This time I try the upgrade button and download an upgrade file. After Upgrade and reboot, it's back to Step 2 and 3 loop.
I uninstalled HM and reinstalled the upgrade file. Same problem. Step 2 and 3 loop.
HELP please

Okay, I figured out the problem. I am posting it here just in case someone else experiences the same type of problem, the possibility being probably slim to none. It was caused by the receiver for my Microsoft Xbox Elite controller. The receiver was plugged into one of my computer's USB ports. It was showing up in my Device Manager in the Network Adapters section. It indicated that it was disconnected, which I figured was because the controller was turned off. Anyways, after trying most everything else I could think of, I finally tried unplugging the receiver. I then opened HomeManage and was able to activate it online without any problem.
Thanks to the admin for responding to my post so quickly. This is easily one of my most used programs. I am happy and relieved to have it back in use again.

I've been trying to add a new collection called "Duplicates" which I am able to do but it always shows up added to the very top of the collections tree or folder structure. Ideally I'd like to move it to the end of my United States categories or at least to the bottom of the collections tree but I see no way to do this. I thought I might could add "Duplicates" to the categories of the United States main collection list so I could just select it when adding a stamp but don't see a way to do that either. Anyone have any ideas on how to do this?

Absolutly, it stated 10 changes with 8 stamps, Most all were of Halley's Comet from the South Pacific

Just purchased the Mac OS version on Oct 9 2022, based on 2022 Spruce Craft Magazine recommendation that it was one of the best as of 5/12/2022. So I ignored the posted warnings.
That was a mistake. The app still crashes when editing coins. The app has promise but I believe it has not been updated since January of 2022, No every few months as promised in the video.
Besides the crashing when editing issue, my biggest complaints are:
Does not down load or accept uploads from a cvs file. No report writing capabilities Bullion values are not shown on drop. down list when inputing graded coins. Not all grades of coins are shown in drop down list. No ability to add items not in there data base. No find feature for locating input screens or specific coins. But for $30 with the promise of future updates I give it 3 stars out of 5

The post office seemed go out of control with plate numbers and other simbols.  How do you manage 6 plate numbers and Zippy and Mail early in the Day in StampManage
By my collection plate numbers were going fine until 1961 when Scott #1190 received two numbers.... So does a Plate Block of 4 stamp become a block of 6 stamps?  And then what happens when the entire edge has 4-5-6 plate numbers with Zippy and other writing?  
Then how does StampManage handle a Plate Block of 5 or 6 stamps.... Zippy???
Please help, there must be a coin collecting school solution

when adding an image file to the db, goinmanage saves it under a coin(ID).jpg name. why is this? why not use the real file name?

Purchased 2022 version, everything loaded on PC and key was accepted.  Then received error and have not been able to proceed any further.  Loaded it on my MacBook Pro with Parallel.  Program works but key not accepted.   I have Stamp Manage, All My Books on PC and would like to have Home Manage also.

When I click on my short cut for coin manage 2002 I get:  ! Item not found in this collection. if I click on OK Coin manage starts that another ! comes up and states Microsoft jet data base engine cannot find input table or Query "2022" than I press "OK" and my collection comes up. If I click on a coin it shows same problem but if I click on OK it brings up my coin.
Please help it has been a long time and have not been able to use program or get my collection prices updated.

Well, I figured out how to do it. I was trying to delete the album in the "view by" window. Instead, I deleted the album in the Album/Stock Book window. The window that also allows the image of the album to be shown. Delete probably should work in both places but no big deal if it still works in one place.

I wish CoinManage would downplay the “First Strike” or “First Release” Designations.  The Mint makes it clear they don't track coins like that.  I guess all modern coins go in a pile and are issued as requests come in.   I understand there is some sales value, "within 30 days",   but overall, not accurate might be misleading.  If individuals want to add that designation ok, but not CM

Is there a way to enter a stamp that is not listed in the Scott catalogue?  The Scott number screen appears to be required in the add stamp wizard.  Specifically, I have acquired stamps from Western Hungary which are not listed in Scott.  Thanks.
