Am I correct in thinking this guy wants to save them as JM Bullion (1oz, etc.) -- they maybe want to track them in this way they can and more later, and then they can have APMEX of the same etc, and the, and then, and then and then and then.  So he has to creeate them in Bullion | Silver | Gold and the denoms etc for each.  I've done this so many times through the trees and it works for me, But... there has got to be an easier way.
I'd show the different ways I've created them in Bullion and it works for me for now, but if I attempt to copy the strucures as an example to show as I've made, your site will not accept the jpg I attempt to attach as jpg files are too large. 
Anyway, I think I know what and why they want to catagorize them in that manner. 
Unless you, PDD, can tell/describe a different way.  And yes, I have watched the various videos.  [Note that I have followed this Program for many years and have gone through the many new LSCM manuals -- and the thing I notice is that the additions/changes/new, etc every year always tend to the "new" .  What I mean is, what I learned from the manual back 10+ years ago how to do that was simple back then I have to go back to that manual way back then and follow forward each to see how I learned what to do to now apply it to today's how you might do it now.  YKIKWU.
 

Where is it going to land and how my search to find.
If it cannot be found in the database it must be added somehow
Let's say if it is a Country Coin and it is not there, so you have to add it as new, etc
Some are Silver, some are gold
But, if not in db you have to make
(and then try to find where put etc.
Should I put in Bullion or in in the Country (that maybe not in the list
How to place something questionable and find them to place appropriately?
 
CM added a "Mint Product" etc but did not add it into a Search -- therefore why add the search field check field to search it?

Here's another question, or example:  One year I installed CoinManage on my main-use computer and I also installed it on may alternate computer.  My alternate computer crashed and I was not able to uninstall it on that computer, and also my main computer is different also.  The questions is: will I ever have the ability to again run CM on both my main and new alternate computers without having any erros that the program resides on a computer that has failed in the past but wasn't released?  Contact me if you do not understand my question.  Thanks. 

I installed CM 2023 last week.  After I installed it I noticed that there are no coins listed in the CMdb for 2023 and therefore I cannot enter or find and 2023 coins in the data base.  What happened, and how would I rectify this?  Attached are two pictures of what I show.
Within those two pictures, can you explain what is 2019 vs 2019(), and what is 2022 vs. 2022' , and as you can see there is no 2023 lsited in one picture, and when I look in the 2023 diectory the last coins in the list are 2022.

I have the Deluxe version.  So, of the two links you sent, I would select the first one for the Deluxe version even though I am in USA, right, and not the the second link that says "for the USA version"; right?

American Innovation program began 2018.  I have been attempting to add each of the Reverse Proof coins from 2018 to date but keep encountering in the database that there are entries for Silver Proof and not Reverse Proof coins.  There are a few Reverse Proof coin entries but then they stop and there are choices for Silver Proof and no Reverse Proof for them.  And I am having trouble finding a vast majority of 2020-issued coins of all sorts (Basketball (every type) Women's Suffrage. 

2020-S Basketball Hall of Fame Kids Set - 2020 Uncirculated Clad Half Dollar.  It seems that this one is missing from the database.

In the Coin Database editor (in the Tools menu item) you can click on the Country then Denomination then Type (you might have to look for Bullion Coins) and after you click on Type you have a dialog box with several tabs. On the 2nd Tab Info there is a field for Composition. That should do it.
