Hi, I recall an email about this we replied to. Not sure if it was you. Can you email sales@libertystreet.com we are working on another build that should fix this.
Are you connected to the internet when you try to register? If so, do you have any firewall running that would prevent an application from accessing the internet.?

Ok, I believe this is because the PlateNumber is not currently defined as a sort field. We can fix this without much effort for the upcoming 1st update.

I'm pretty sure it will. StampManage uses a cached list view which only shows items "on demand"
We stop showing totals in the status bar after 15,000 items because the program needs to constantly calculate Totals to show in the status bar.

Yes, we have seen problems with OneDrive. Try installing and making sure the data folder, images folder, etc.. are set to a folder local to your hard drive, not on OneDrive.
In the latest build of StampManage from about a monthy ago we have reduced the program install size and it should install quite a bit faster. Are you installing from a recent build or an older version?

Hi, that particular "report" is actually a "file card" So Select
REPORTING > EDIT FILE CARDS...
then select
CoinDetail.crd
what changes do you want to make? we are finishing up version 2024 CoinManage and can add them if it's useful for other users.

The license software support said there is a way to turn on license code logging to try to debug the problem.

if you have purchased the 2024 version you can download the file from:
https://s3.amazonaws.com/LSSDownloads/HomeMng2024Setup.exe
we tested this link here and it works for us. If not working for you it is almost always your anti-virus or Windows preventing the download.
You can usually override and allow the download to continue.
If you can't can you reply with your anti-virus and we can research how to allow the download. Often by adding the file to the "safe list" for the anti-virus.

We switched licensing systems for the 2024 version. Which is why this error did not happen in earlier versions. Sorry about this, but it does'nt happen on any or our computers and seems to be happening to a small percentage of users.
We have a support ticket sent to the company that creates the system.
Which anti-virus are you using?
Can you try adding the program to your Anti-virus "safe list". The procedure for doing this varies depending on anti-virus, we can assist if you tell me your anti-virus software.
The file that should be added to the "safe list" is usually at:
\\Program Files (x86)\StampManage 2024\StampManage.exe

You can select Plate Block from the Format drop down. If a PB value is available use that. If not, you can enter the value manually into the Value edit box.

Hi, the 2023 version is not gone unless you personally uninstalled it. The desktop icon may no longer be there. We are using a new licensing system, we will take a look at what can cause this error and get a fixed version for you soon.
Is there anything about your computer hardware / operating system that is unusual? This is so far the only report like this we will contact the licensing system company as well.

HI, there is one scenario where uninstalling is not advisable. That would be if you have been adding images to the stock image database using the StampManage Database Editor. Uninstalling an older version would delete those image files.

Hi, have you looked at the Layers tab in the report designer. In the 2 attached images you can see which objects only should appear on the 1st page. In the 2nd screen shot you can see which objects should appear on every page.
Regarding item 1, there should be a way to set an appearance condition for the page number which will only result in it showing if the page count is more than 1 page. I will look into it.

let me try to reproduce this problem. If it happens here it should not be hard to fix.
you are changing the columns when a type is selected. It will not change the columns when a collection/country or denomination is selected.
So can you make sure this issue happens when select a type.

I don't see other reports similar to this so far. Is it possible you have some sort of firewall running that is preventing the software from checking your license online?

Is CoinManage on your Mac the windows version running under a PC emulator? if so, the activation code will allow you to use the software on 2 computers
You would need to set the data (& user images) folders to a shared network folder that both computers have read / write access to.

Are you trying to deactivate using
TOOLS > LICENSING > DEACTIVATE LICENSE
from the main menu?
If that is not working you can email us sales@libertystreet.com and we will deactivate the code manually onlin.

No, you would need to purchase an upgrade to 2024, you will then be emailed a new activation code.
