Hi, you can easily go to the folder where the COINDESC.MDB data file is. Select:
File > Toto Data Folder...
from the main menu. To open the COINDESC.MDB data file you would need MICROSOFT ACCESS installed on your computer.
Regarding importing values, there is not a way to do that. Since those values change so frequently it would be easier to just look up a value online when selecting a coin. You can currently go to the PCGS coinfacts page from a coin that has a PCGS number, from there you will see values for that variety. I don't think this was possible with NumisMedia last time I checked.

Hi, it looks like the activation code for the 1st computer needs to be released for re-use. Since the computer crashed you can email us the activation code and we can relesae it online.
If you still had access to the 1st computer you can easily release an activaiton code within the program using the menu selection:
TOOLS > LICENSING > DEACTIVATE LICENSE

Hi, can you tell me how you are selecting the Stamps I don't Have report? I posted the screenshot of a place in the UI where we found and corrected an error. There are multiple ways of running this report so how are you selecting it within the program?

You could describe the error in the Comments field if the note has a Freidberg Number. We will look to add an Error field to the program for 2024.
For notes that are not in the database you can use the Types & Varieties Manager under the Tools menu. There is a section in the on-line manual that shows how to use it:

Hi, that error sometimes happens when the user's anti-virus is preventing the program from displaying the "details" view correctly. Can you added the HomeManage program to the anti-virus "safe list"? Are you using AVAST anti-virus by any chance?
Another possibility is your default browser, can you tell me what your default browser is set to?

Hi, have you downloaded the latest update?
Select HELP > CHECK FOR UPDATES.
If that does not fix the problem, How are you attaching the file? by editing the asset and going to the Attachments tab?

Hi, we are adding the new 2023 coins for the next free update for 2023 customers. If you are using 2023 it would be better to let us add it otherwise you will see duplicate listings.
Here is a video showing how to add coins to the database.

The format list should be generated dynamically each time you run the program. If for example you edit the stamp(s) that have UD.Strip.05 and make the format blank or select another format, you should no longer see UD.Strip.05 in the list the next time you run the program. If this is not working for you let me know.

we will have to add this to the Properties window for changing values in multiple assets. It should not be too hard we will try to get it done in the next few weeks for an update.

We just had another customer with that issue. The problem was he had the data file in a folder under the PROGRAM FILES(X86) folder. Newer versions of MS Windows don't allow that and make the folder read only.
The solution was to move the data file ASSETS.MDB to a folder within MY DOCUMENTS such as MY DOCUMENTS\HOMEMANAGE\DATA
Then change the data folder to the new folder.

Hi, can you select TOOLS > PREFERENCES from the main menu. Then Uncheck the Enable WebCam checkbox. Does this fix the problem?

Hi .. When we release a new upgrade we send emails to all customers on a suscription but on average around 50% of them show as unopened. Can you email sales@libertystreet.com and we will set you up. Can't tell who you are from this post.
