Our backups are stored as ZIP files, the STAMPDATA.MDB is included in the backup ZIP. To see your backup files running StampManage, select: FILE > MANAGE BACKUP FILES from the main menu.

hi, if you install the program on a new computer you can also do this: 1/ select FILE > GO TO DATA FOLDER from the main menu. 2/ EXIT stampmanage 3/ copy your old STAMPDATA.MDB file to REPLACE the one in the open data folder. (is usually better to rename the current STAMPDATA.MDB so it won't be overwritten 4/ run StampManage and select FILE > UPDATE STAMPMANAGE FILE.. from the main menu. This should upgrade the data file with the 2019 data.

Hi, the 1st version of CoinManage for the Mac was accepted by the Mac App Store earlier today. Before considering a purchase, please read these release notes below: 1/ The 1st edition has only a fraction of the features that the Windows version does. We are going to work hard to get more features into the application as soon as possible. 2/ By the end of this month we should release a new version with the latest 2018 / 2019 coins in the database. Right now the Mac database is about 9 months behind the new 2019 Windows CoinManage 3/ The cost of the program is 29.99, updates will be free. Later this year we will add some in app purchases, probably Canada database, Uk database and maybe some in app Value updates. We will probably increase the price to 39.99 later this year when the program has image capabilities and other new features. 4/ The best feature in the Mac version is the automatic iCloud backup. If you have iCloud enabled the program will automatically backup your data to iCloud. Even better, if you have a 2nd or 3rd Mac all you need to do is download the app at no extra charge. The 1st time you run the app will download all your data. No manual BACKUP & RESTORE nonsense. We have already started work on an iOS version for the iPhone / iPad. When it is ready later this year it will also connect to the same iCloud database and so you can automatically share your data among Apple devices on the same iCloud account. This error usually happens when a user does not have permission to read and/or write to the folder shown in the error message. If you right mouse click on the program icon and select RUN AS ADMIN does the problem still happen? Did you upgrade to windows 10 from an earlier version of windows?

these are images you have attached to inventory in StampManage? select FILE > GO TO IMAGES FOLDER from the main menu. The jpg image files from your previous install should be in this folder.

Hi, we looked a doing that a couple years ago. The problem was NGC did not appear to encode the variety information in the barcode like PCGS does with the PCGS number. So there was no way to get the variety of the coin from the barcode on the NGC slab.

Hi you should create 4 separate items. You can use the CLONE command to copy a stamp record. Or you can use the APPLY button in the ADD STAMP dialog to add the same stamp 4 times. I would not create 4 separate items using the STAMP DATA MANAGER as there should only be 1 entry for each SCOTT NUMBER.

Hi, it is saying it cannot open the LST file? if you select: FILE > GOTO REPORTS FOLDER from the main menu does it open a folder full of LST files? if so, is there any way you could have deleted an lst file? you can install the program again to get the report files installed again.

Hi, can you try right mouse clicking on the PDF file you exported, then select any of the other available programs to open the file. yes that is correct. In most cases you can simply type in a new value if the one you want is not present in the dropdown list.

hi, which images were gone, the STOCK IMAGES or those you have added yourself? regarding the order of the stamps, are you sorting on a particular column? try clicking on the SCOTT NUMBER column to sort by SCOTT number. if the problem is with the STOCK IMAGES can you select: FILE > GO TO STAMPMANAGE IMAGES FOLDER from the main menu, do you see a folder bunch of numbered subfolders when you do this?

Hi, we have a Mac version of the program that is a few weeks away from release. The issue is Apple requested many changes and so it was delayed. This is important because once the Mac version is out we will work on an iPad / iPhone version. We can reuse quite a bit of the code from the Mac version. So you will see the iOS version in 2019 for the iPhone / iPad. To use MySQL you would need to convert the MICROSOFT ACCESS format COINDESC.MDB file to a MySQL file. You would then need to write your PHP / Python, etc.. code to use this MySQL database. I can't say we have any plans to do this at present. A user who is a very good web developer could probably do it for their personal use.

Hi, we looked at this issue. Are you specifying that your coins have a "grade" of B.V.? If a coin does not have a grade specified the value will be zero and it won't show up in the bullion summary report.
