HI, couldn't you simply manually enter "Mint-Tab" or something similar into the Condition field? It is not mandatory to use one of the conditions in the dropdown, just type in a new one. When you do this, you would need to manually enter the value. The values should not be added to the values table. We have also cleaned up up some values . where Fine was higher than Very Fine. This is included in the last free update from a couple days ago.

Hi, 2 options are to order the download upgrade or just order the DVD upgrade and we can send it to you on USB flash drive. So no need for a DVD/CD drive. Hi, we would have to add the Mint Tab value column. The program is "hard coded" for the value columns you currently see and cannot be changed by the user. This Mint Tab value is only for Israel stamps or is it present in other countries?

does this coil stamp you wish to add have a unique SCOTT number? we have various coil stamps with SCOTT number fields set to numbers such as shown in the attachment. To set a value for a line pair you would need to go into STAMPMANAGE CATALOG > 2019 then open the category. See the line pair value field in the value display - attached image 2

Hi, the STAMP DATA MANAGER is used to edit the pre-defined database that ships with the program. It is not used to add stamps to your inventory. to specify whether a stamp is a PB, FDC, etc.. you would do that in the ADD STAMP dialog after selecting which variety you are about to inventory.

what kind of file are you trying to rename? you can rename backup files. Can't rename the stampmanage data file, it must be called STAMPDATA.MDB

we have the CLONE feature. You could clone the item with 20 coins. Change the quantity of the copy to 1. Change the quantity of the original to 19. when adding records, you could also use the CLONE to quickly create 20 copies of the coin. Which would make it easier later when you sell them

So right now, any customer who has version 2019 or has upgraded to 2019 will get the free update. We are working on a new version of CurrencyManage it will be out in a couple months.

Hi, the SOLD COINS folder is populated by the program, not by the user. It shows any coin that has been sold, if the coin has entered data into any of the ADDITIONAL INFO fields: Date Sold, Sold To or Selling Price the coin will be moved to the SOLD COINS folder as it is no longer in your possession.

can you just install the program again, making sure that folder is set as the STAMPMANAGE IMAGES folder during the install. If the problem continues, can you verify that you have READ permissions from that folder. Some users seem to have very restricted windows accounts

Hi, another way to restore a category that was deleted accidently is by using the: FILE > UPDATE DATA FILE command. We have a video on how to use this. This command can also be used if you have upgraded to StampManage 2019 but are not seeing the latest issues.
