  2. Hi, by separator do you mean the decimal separator? Will try to duplicate the problem here and fix. I'm pretty sure it is because the decimal separator is 2 characters.

  7. Hi, so you are certain there are no assets assigned to the vehicle you are trying to DELETE? We were able to delete by showing all vehicles, selecting one and then clicking on the DELETE button. is this how you tried to delete?

  9. Hi, are you doing this in the STAMP DATABASE MANAGER? You should not enter new variety info, just enter 2 new stamps to your collection using the ADD STAMP command. SCOTT #2559, set the format as BLOCK of 10, hit the APPLY button to record the input....then enter a 2nd SCOTT 2559, set the format as PANE OF 20.
  10. Hi, I believe we emailed you about this a couple times. We don't have a separate grade for Ultra Cameo. But you can manually type in that grade no problem... you just wont see any values for it they will need to be input manually.

    if they are different conditions you should enter 5 separate entries. You can use the CLONE button to make a copy of an entry then just edit it and change the condition
  12. can you try FILE > UPDATE STAMPMANAGE FILE from the main menu. Does that fill in the missing items? Do a local backup before trying this.

  14. We have a couple people asking if they can use a smartphone to scan barcodes. The scanned barcode would then be transmitted to your PC running HomeManage.     Hi, we do add the issues on this forum to our bug list, some of the people we email privately outside this forum. Will try to keep the responses here more up to date, sometimes there is not much to say until we fix the problem that has been posted.

  20. Hi, many years ago when we were designing the CoinManage database...we had to decide if the mintage field should be a number or a text string. We made it a text string as there are often instances when the exact mintage is not know. So for example you may see a mintage "less than 5 known". the downside of this is that you can't sort on the field properly. We would have to add another mintage field that is number only
  21. HI, we spent quite a bit of time a couple years ago to prevent this sort of thing from happening. The update should not overwrite any changes assigned to the user running the update. Is it possible you are installed the program on other machine with a different user name? did you have a backup?
  22. Hi, if you own StampManage Deluxe 2018 can you download the latest update. HELP > CHECK FOR UPDATES from the main menu. It should solve the restart issue. Will be updating StampManage USA later today with the same fix.
  23. Hi, we already have 16 image caption text fields in the data file. We will be changing the UI to allow the user to assign a caption to each image. I expect this to be in the 2018 edition sometime this summer.

  25. Hi we did a remote control to another user that had this problem. What is happening is your Windows Control Panel short date setting is: M/D/YYYY change it to: MM/DD/YYYY and this should work.
