  1. thanks, all those items are doable except the last one. We use another companies forum software so have no control over the file size. Hopefully they will increase it.

Hi, HomeManage stores various program settings in this part of the WINDOWS REGISTRY HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Liberty Street Software\HomeManage after you run the SETUP do you see any entries in this section? you can look at the WINDOWS REGISTRY by running the REGEDIT.EXE program that is included with WINDOWS.
  5. Hi, when the program starts it builds a list of all the STATUS strings used. So if you completely delete or change the STATUS of an item it should no longer show in the list the next time you run HOMEMANANGE

  8. Hi, can you download the latest update by selecting: HELP > CHECK FOR UPDATES from the main menu. This problem should be fixed.
  9. Hi are you referring to downloading the software or the actual web-sites for our company? We have SSL security built into the web-site I don't think NORTON is ocmplaining about that. It is common for these programs to warn users about any software they download.. you basically have to tell NORTON to go ahead and download. We test the program with 3 different anti-virus programs, there is no issue there.

I recently purchased a new PC and attempted to migrate my inventory in Home Inventory Pro 2011 into my new PC and found I was prevented form doing so as it appears Radium Technologies is no longer in business. I have a large inventory that took years to document and I am trying to avoid re-doing my inventory line item by line item. I am evaluating the Free Trial version of Home Manager. === ANSWER ==== If you are able to export the Home Inventory Pro 2011 data to CSV format it can be imported into HomeManage using the FILE > IMPORT command from the main menu. If anyone wishes to email us a CSV file from Home Inventory Pro we can do a video on how to import this data and maybe make some changes to the import if necessary to simplify the process.

  14. Thanks again for your efforts. There is a new update to StampManage Deluxe 2018 available. Choose HELP > CHECK FOR UPDATES from the main menu. It does not include any of these ITALY images but should include images submitted previously. We have also added quite a few new values for older French stamps + a few thousand more listings and images.

  16. Hi, we located this by selecting TOOLS > SEARCH COINMANAGE DATABASE... from the main menu. Then entered the search term: Presidential Proof Set The 2015 is in: United States > US Mint Products > Coin Sets, Covers, etc.. It should be in the same section as the other Presidential sets, we will fix this for the next free update.
  17. Hi, sorry for your problems. I believe the barcode scan issue has been resolved with the company that handles our online database. The issue with crashing on images should also be fixed after you update. Click: HELP > CHECK FOR UPDATES from the main menu. If not, have you tried turning off your WebCam. Select TOOLS > PREFERENCES and UNCHECK the Use WebCam checkbox.

  20. Thanks for the 2nd set of images... For people who want to get the images into StampManage now: Select FILE > GO TO STAMPMANAGE IMAGES download the images to the 51 folder. Or download them all as a ZIP and extract to the 51 folder

  22. Hi, for each country there is 1 image per scott number. So lets say you have USA SCOTT number 89 in the GENERAL ISSUES. then add a USA FDC sub category and put in a FDC variety with the field SCOTT # 89 there will be problems as the program can only have 1 image per SCOTT number for each country.

  25. is that a comma or a dot you enter for 44.79? So when you leave the field it becomes 2 dots? We will take a look not sure why that is happening. If you look at your WINDOWS CONTROL PANEL currency formatting settings. Is the decimal separator set to what you expect? HomeManage takes the currency formatting directly from the CONTROL PANEL
