You can use the software to inventory multiple locations. You can produce reports for your customers.. but If the customers wanted to edit their inventory info they would have to purchase a copy of the software. The other company required you to use their DVDs, logos, etc… for what reason? For software being distributed to your customers? Sounds like you may want your own branded home inventory application.

Anybody have any ideas about the stamp in the attached image? =========================================================== I am new to stamp collecting and I am presently cataloging a Canadian stamp collection my father willed to me. It contains stamps from as early as 1899 and goes to 1993 when he became too ill to collect any longer. All the stamps are in books and are in mint condition, he wouldn’t have it any other way. I have two stamps from 1982 “Jules Leger” # 914 in the Scott catalog that have to different background shades, the one on the left in the attached photo looks like the one in your database the other is not listed. Do you have value for this stamp? I have other stamps that have differences but are not as distinct as this. If I need to add to the database in a different way please let me know. I plan on selling the collection when finally get it cataloged.

Hi, sorry about your problems. I believe I answered this to you personally a few days back. The problem with the old keys was that the various anti-virus software programs were constantly flagging the software for false positives. If possible, before upgrading your operating system, run StampManage and select TOOLS > LICENSING > DEACTIVATE LICENSE from the main menu. Then use the code after you upgrade your version of Windows. If it is too late to do that, email us your activation code, we can deactivate the code on our end and you will be able to use it again after your operating system upgrade.

I think the first problem is because you have the window divider "slider" bar all the way over to the left side of the main window. Can you try to "drag" the slider bar over to the right? regarding the 2nd problem with the Add Coin dialog cut off. Can you check out item #6 at the CoinManage Support Page: http://www.libertystreet.com/CoinManage_Support.htm it has instructions on how to fix this.

So you have moved the ZIP backup file onto your Mac computer. Then you should select FILE > RESTORE from the main menu. Select the ZIP file. Exactly where is this procedure going wrong in your case?

If you are seeing a truncated ADD ASSET window (see attached picture) .. try the solution below: ////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// I think the problem is the add asset dialog window position settings were saved incorrectly somehow. To fix this: You can run the REGEDIT.EXE program. Click on the window graphic in the lower left and select Run.. or enter regedit.exe into the search edit window.. Then go to: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Liberty Street Software\HomeManage There should be a section called AddAssetDlg. Delete the WP section from here, then restart HomeManage and the add asset dialog problem should be fixed

Hi, can you tell us how you added the image? using the StampManage database editor or did you use the EDIT VARIETY feature somewhere in the program? We don't have any other reports of this problem, not sure what the deal is.

I'm pretty sure the problem is you don't have permission to write to the WINDOWS registry on the machine that shows the problem. AssetManage will store the ODBC connection string in the Registry, if the registry setting is blank then the DSN SELECT dialog is opened. Seems like your connection string entry in the registry is always blank due to permissions issues.
