  1. Hello, I am upgrading from SM USA 2022 to SM USA 2023. I get the attached message during the initial part of the install. Does this message refer to the Program Files or the Data & Image files?
  2. Hi Paul, There is a setting in the view menu that turns display of the stamp thumbnails on or off. Perhaps you inadvertently turned it off. Attached is a screenclip of the menu. Walter in Davie, FL

  8. I just installed StampManage USA 2019 on a new Windows 10 PC. When I try to activate by pasting-in the product key that was emailed to me, I get this message: "The Product Key You Typed Is Already In Use". The order ID for my purchase is: LIBST190122-4307-73121. How do I deactivate my previous installation on my old (dead) PC so I can reactivate StampManage on my new PC?
  9. Ok, I finally got a reply to my request via the "New Page" link. The Product code sent is identical to what was emailed to me when I originally bought SM2019 on Jan 22, 2019. I still get the exact same message as above. So, it seems as if my previous registration has NOT been deactivated like your message above states. WHAT SAY YOU??
  10. I just installed my StampManage USA 2019 on a new Windows 10 PC. When I try to activate by pasting in the product key that was emailed to me, I get this message: "The Product Key You Typed Is Already In Use". When I click on the link above and type in my email address, it tells me: "Product keys have been sent. We've found your product keys and sent them to your email address." But I do NOT receive an email AND, the code is not deactivated! I already have the product key and just need the previous installation deactivated! Please help!! I've sent an email to your tech support but got no reply.
  11. Do a Google Image search for "Canada $1 Loon Scott 1687", then copy the image and then add it to your database.

  14. You can fix that by adding your own correct image. I have done that numerous times to correct or display better quality images that I scanned from my actual stamp!
  15. I am experiencing this issue also. Closing the "restarted" program always works to shut it down.

  17. Ok, I'm going to say this one more time! There is no period in the album name. That period in my reply is simply a period to end a sentence. I'm surprised that you could not deduce that! The period also is not in bold text like the album name. You're suggesting a solution to a problem that doesn't exist. Regards, Walter

  22. YES, DEFINITELY! I thought that's what I was asking, I just used different words.
  23. Jawo, there is no need to drag or move folders (Categories) from the Data Manager to the Collections panel on the left. The StampManage database for the stamps includes all the info about the category that a stamp belongs in. When you add an Air Post stamp via the Add Stamp(s) dialog, an Air Post category (or folder as you call it) will appear in the Collections panel under the Country the stamp belongs to. The Collections panel on the left only shows the categories (or folders) which have had stamps added to them. Just start adding some stamps of varying categories and you'll see the category folders appear. I suppose I misunderstood your original question. I thought that you were attempting to add a category for some special non-standard stamp item. I hope this helps to clarify your "folder" questions. Also, I only collect USA Commemorative stamps, so I am using StampManage USA 2018. I do not see all of those countries that your screenshot showed, but it helped me to understand what you were attempting to do. I guess it's true that "a picture is worth a thousand words".
