    HI, I think the coins you are looking at do not currently have values for the PL conditions. These are Morgan dollars? we will look at this section for the upcoming version 2022.

    Hi, so you emptied the deleted items folder? That will remove the records from the database permanently. In your backup, were the items already in the deleted items folder? you would need to basically open the backup database file using MS ACCESS and copy / paste the records wrongfully deleted into your current ASSETS.MDB - into the ASSETS folder.

    Hi, if you go to www.amazon.ca and search for 622356559362 you will get that beach towel so it seems to be a problem with amazon.ca. the barcodelookup appears to be better for canadian users as it is based in Canada and maybe they are getting better data for canadian products. We will look at adding barcodelookup.com back as an option, its a good idea.

    Which version of Windows are you using? There is an "education" version which only runs applications from the Windows app store. HomeManage will not run on this version.

    Hi, we are going to add a command that allows a user to DELETE any stamp from the program that is not in the latest database. It will NOT delete any varieties that have been added by the user. Will appear in the 1st free 2022 update in a week or 2.

    Hi, you insert the amount for all the coins. The reasoning here is that you may have paid different amounts for each of the coins.

    good idea. We can lookup items based on the ASIN number which is the "Amazon Number" you are referring to. I did a search and see how download an Amazon order report so we will try to get such a feature into the program in the coming weeks.

    we fixed this problem in the 2022 version.

    The values in coin manage are going to be different than values you see in guide books, online pricing guides, eBay auction results, etc.. We have our method for arriving at values. Every values guide book or online site has values that are sometimes very different than other guide books / web-sites.

    we are finishing up fixing this problem today and hope to have all new versions in the next day or 2. We have subscribed to a spot price API service so this type of problem does not happen again.

    HI, yes the next time you update the variety will be added back. We are working to finish a feature for the upcoming 2022 that will DELETE any varieties from the database that are not in the latest stamp manage database OR have been added by the user.
