    Hi, can you kindly submit you changes by selecting TOOLS > SUBMIT CHANGES TO LIBERTY STREET. from the main menu. We will take a look at your data and merge your changes with the master database.

    Hi, we will take a look at this. We updated the Mac version a few weeks ago with stock images for over 5000 coins. Will be putting a new update out hopefully in late April will make sure this is working as well.

    Hi, yes I understand the data is not always consistent. We do spend quite a bit of time making changes and corrections to the contributed data. We also have a few trusted contributors who often make corrections which we import into the program.

    Hi, when you delete a coin it will go to the Deleted Coins folder. You can click on the Deleted Coins folder and "drag" the coin back to a collection.

    Hi, are you referring to USA uncirculated sets? If so, we have listings from 1947-present as shown in the screen shot. Is it possible you accidently deleted earlier sets or are not scrolling up towards the earlier sets?

    If you select FILE > GOTO MY IMAGES FOLDER from the main menu. Do you see a folder open up with many jpg image files? this is the folder StampManage uses to store any images created by the user. Is it possible you are low on hard drive space or your anti-virus is settting this folder to read-only. If a folder is read-only StampManage cannot create files within the folder.

    Hi, the 2021 version does not have any more free updates. You would need to upgrade to version 2022. This can be done at: http://www.stampmanageupgrade.com

    Hi, we have fixed all of these errors except for one. Will fix that and the next free update will replace your Countries table with the corrections

    Can you try downloading the program again. The first download may be corrupt. We don't have other reports of this so I don't think its a bad build on our part. If the problem continues, contact sales@libertystreet.com with your shipping address and we can send you the software on USB.

    Hi, can you post a screen shot of this. It usually helps. You can also trying searching for the file HEADERS.WCD on your hard drive. Delete it when found. It is usually in the MY DOCUMENTS/STAMPMANAGE folder

    Hi, most of the images are installed by copying a single ZIP file for all the stamps in a country, then extracting from the zip file. There are some smaller countries where the files are copied one by one if the country does not contain many images. We will try to speed things up by moving images to ZIP files for more countries.

    yes, starting with the next free update we will put up a text file showing changes made. This text file will show up after you install the update.

    Ok understood. Is hard to test this without buying a monitor that supports this resolution. But it is something we have been meaning to buy so now may be the best time.

    Hi, your preferences (TOOLS > PREFERENCES) Should have the pull-down as shown in attached screenshot. If not (and you have the 2022 edition), try getting the latest update. HELP > CHECK FOR UPDATES from the main menu.

    Hi, these warning messages are common now for virtually any type of application download from the internet. there should be a way to overriede the warning and allow the download to continue. if your anti-virus is showing the warning there is normally a way to add the download to the anti-virus safe list.

    Hi, that would require changing the template that produces the report. This is a pretty good idea for a video. We will do a video on this subject in the next few days for YouTube.

    Hi, sorry if you emailed I think we have it confused with someone else having a very similar question. Yes, you can upgrade coin manage 2013, the upgrade should update your data file. Kindly make sure you do a backup of your 2013 version before upgrading.
