Hi, so you have an item with an attachment. Whenever you edit the asset the file path for this attachment gets deleted? Without even clicking on the attachments tab during the edit? Or are you editing the attachments as well?

do you see a folder open with many numbered sub folders?

we have had a couple users with OneDrive problems recently. Maybe as a test you could copy all the files from the
C:\Users\char\OneDrive\Documents\HomeManage\Reports
folder to a non One-Drive folder and then change the REPORTS folder to the new folder.

the program will not import the new data because the IMPORT folder shown in the error message is set to read-only. Can you try setting it to read / write.
It is possible your antivirus has set the folder to read only. In this case you would need to change the anti-virus settings so this does not happen

Any items you have deleted should show up in the Deleted Items folder. You can "drag" assets back into a location from there if they were deleted unintentionally.

We plan to add this ability. Also, plan to have the user be able to include attachments in a backup by specifying an ATTACHMENTS folder that is associated with the program.

yes sorry about that. There seems to be an issue with some fonts for printing. Will try to get it resolved for the upcoming free update for 2022 customers
