  1. Hi, can you go into program preferences (TOOLS > PREFERENCES) and "uncheck" the use web cam checkbox. Then EXIT and restart the program. Let me know if the problem continues.
  2. can you search your hard drive for a file called STAMPDATA.MDB Do you see it in multiple folders? If so, does the time/date of one of the files seem to correspond to the older version. If it does, you can run the program and change the data folder (TOOLS > PREFERENCES from main menu).. to the older file folder. Then EXIT and run the program again.
  3. there is a 2022 deluxe version. The last Canada SCOTT numbers we saw in the SCOTT Updates ended in late 2021. Will keep looking and add newer issues as the SCOTT numbers are available.
  4. yes this is correct. Will take another look and make sure these stamps are in order.
  5. 990 & 992 on a first day cover? The program does'nt currently have a database of first day covers that would include multiple stamps such as that item
  6. Not yet implemented but we have started work on the feature. To delete an attachment you can: 1/ Edit the asset 2/ Select the Attachments tab 3/ Click on the atatchement to delete and press the Delete button.
  7. South Vietnam is folder 306. When you select FILE > GOTO STAMPMANAGE IMAGES FOLDER do you see a 306 folder containing .jpg files?

  9. Ok, we will address this in the next major update of HomeManage 2022. Will be ready in the next several weeks.
  10. The only ways to improve the database and consistency is to manually make the changes or to write code that for example changes perf. 13 1/2 to 13½. We have written code to for example, standardize the perforation, color data, etc.. and we continue to do so.
  11. Hi, you can try deleting the Database-by-Album.lst report and install the program again to get it back. If you have emailed us I will be going through our emails now and will email you the report file.
  12. each item can only have a single parent. So I suppose if the parent is a "box" that should be ok.
  13. Hi, all the values in the program are in US Dollars. it would be very confusing to have values in different currencies within the program. If your referring to the Denomination field we use the same format as in the SCOTT catalogs, which uses fr.
  14. I'm not sure what you mean by this. Have you "expanded" the Bullion Coins section so that it shows the categories? see attached screen shot. You would then click on a category. For example, Gold Eagles (10 Dollars) as shown. Then sort on the Year column.
  15. If the coin has values you can select the grade/value and it will be applied. We don't have any sort of separate value database for ANACS coins.
  16. Hi, if you double click on any of those ZIP files, you should see a file called COINDESC.MDB and several .jpg files (if you have added your own pictures). do you see that?
  17. if the anti-virus is stopping a program from writing files needed for install, there is not much we can do as we need to be able to write files to install the program.
  18. This is a new install or upgrade of a previous version? which version of Windows are you using?
  19. We update the values once a year and you would need to upgrade to get the latest value updates. The bullion spot prices are downloaded each time you run the program and that would not require an upgrade. You can always assign your own values, maybe by searching eBay completed auctions from within the software.
  20. Yes we will be showing it in the variety coin list. you see when adding/editing coins in your inventory. We will make this list customizable so the user can edit which fields show in this list.
  21. can you try downloading the file again. It may be a corrupt download. Is there any way your anti-virus may be preventing writing to certain folders? this is becoming more common lately.
  22. Hi, this seems like some sort of permissions issue. Your user account does not have permission to write to the folders used by the setup program. Can you right mouse click on the CoinMngUSASetup2022.exe program and choose: RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR from the popup menu. Does this solve the problem?
  23. Hi, this field is part of the master database. It is not a field you can enter when adding coins to your inventory. If you look at the COINMANAGE DATABASE EDITOR under the TOOLS menu you can see where the new field is. We have been adding the mint product code whenever we add new varieties. We are also adding this info for older coins whenever we work on the database
  24. Hi, yes we are going to create a "grouped by topic" report that should be much useful. It is a bit challenging as each item can have 3 topics but we will get it done in the coming weeks.
