  15. Hi Stanley, we are constantly adding new varieties to the database. The program does not have every stamp ever released. Expect several thousand more varieties in the next free update.

  17. Hi, the problem is almost certainly the apostrophe in your user name. It is a reserved character in the MS SQL database language used to update a record... We can fix this in the next several days and release a new free update. Sorry for the inconvenience.

  19. Hi, we are going to add the option to bypass the updating of value table. It will be in the 2022 edition in the next few weeks. It takes longer probably because there are quite a few more stamp varieties to update than in say the 2021 edition

  21. Hi, currently there is no way to customize fonts. What is the problem you are having? fonts too small maybe? if so, can you tell me your display resolution and scale (100%, 150%, etc,) settings.

  23. Ok, only way I can think this may have happened is you installed the Deluxe version and then un-installed a StampManage USA version that was on your computer. That would delete the stock images from the USA folder (346)
  24. Hi, an item is placed in the disposed asset folder when any of the sold fields are not NULL. For example, selling price, sold for, etc. the reason for this is that a sold item is considered not in your possesion anymore once it is sold. could this be the issue? Will take a look at your video as well.
