    Hi, sorry if you emailed I think we have it confused with someone else having a very similar question. Yes, you can upgrade coin manage 2013, the upgrade should update your data file. Kindly make sure you do a backup of your 2013 version before upgrading.

    Hi, the problem is almost certainly the apostrophe in your user name. It is a reserved character in the MS SQL database language used to update a record... We can fix this in the next several days and release a new free update. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Hi, we are going to add the option to bypass the updating of value table. It will be in the 2022 edition in the next few weeks. It takes longer probably because there are quite a few more stamp varieties to update than in say the 2021 edition

    Ok, only way I can think this may have happened is you installed the Deluxe version and then un-installed a StampManage USA version that was on your computer. That would delete the stock images from the USA folder (346)

    Hi, an item is placed in the disposed asset folder when any of the sold fields are not NULL. For example, selling price, sold for, etc. the reason for this is that a sold item is considered not in your possesion anymore once it is sold. could this be the issue? Will take a look at your video as well.
